Moyo Construction started as a small civil works contractor in Harare. Tendai Moyo needed to move fast — a government tender deadline was approaching and the business had no registered entity, no ITF263, and no PRAZ supplier certificate. J&H registered Moyo Construction as a private limited company within 48 hours, then coordinated ZIMRA tax registration, NSSA employer registration, and the ITF263 renewal. The PRAZ renewal was lodged in parallel. Within 90 days, Moyo Construction submitted its first successful government tender bid with a valid tax clearance and PRAZ certificate — winning the contract and establishing a pipeline of public sector work.
