PRAZ Registration for Government & Parastatal Tenders

PRAZ (Procurement Regulatory Authority of Zimbabwe) maintains the register of suppliers authorised to participate in public procurement. A valid PRAZ certificate is required for most government ministries, parastatals, and local authority tenders before your bid is accepted.

PRAZ registration is mandatory for the majority of government and parastatal procurement. Some private-sector tenders do not require PRAZ, but they often still request tax clearance, company profiles, and similar compliance documents we can prepare.
